It may seem odd to advocate increases in spending while favoring lower taxes, but with better structuring of expenditures and the spending generated by people keeping more of their earnings the economy should improve and incrementally support continuing decreases in taxation while cutting back expenditures as more people get jobs or start businesses and fewer people need state-sponsored services.

Re f: Local law enforcement is already aware of laws and need to be allowed discretion to enforce them as effectively as they deem necessary.
